Visit with the Good People from Aura Teas

We had a great afternoon with Fionna and Allan, the good people behind Aura Teas. It was good to meet Fionna in person after so much email and tea correspondence. On a side note, it seems tea and networked life go well together. I really like the Aura Teas site – very tight and functional, put together by both Allan and Fionna.

After visiting here for a while, we went over to Farfalla where we were served a (very large) pot of their Fukuyu green tea from Japan. The atmosphere there was lovely, as always, such an oasis of beauty at the edge of Gastown. There were a couple of people there, at different tables, with MacBooks, talking tech and business.

Our time was spent talking tea and ways to increase awareness of tea culture in Vancouver. Ideas? let me know.

Early Morning, Roberts Creek BC

Aura provided some great Aruyvedic chais for the last Circle of Women event in Roberts Creek a few weeks ago – both a black chai and an herbal. These teas were healthful, delicious, well-received and much appreciated!
